spider88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any outstanding balance pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) spider88 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device configurations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. spider88 will permanently close all accounts associated with a multi-account violation and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spider88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. spider88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify spider88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
spider88 is required to verify the identity of its Members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. You agree to provide any documentation requested by spider88 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay restricted pending the completion of verification.
3.4 Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. spider88 reserves the right to suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and FPX are credited to your spider88 account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. spider88 does not charge deposit fees. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account portal.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed with an average clearance time of under one (1) hour to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets. spider88 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for withdrawals above specified thresholds or where fraud indicators are present. 4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to fund your spider88 account and that are registered in your name. spider88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Accounts with outstanding KYC verification requirements may have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is completed.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
spider88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any deposits made to your account must represent funds derived from legal sources. spider88 reserves the right to freeze account balances and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required. Deposited funds that cannot be verified as legitimately sourced may be forfeited.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Terms
All bets placed on spider88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Game-specific rules are available within each product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.
5.2 Bet Confirmation
A bet is not valid until confirmed by spider88's systems and a bet confirmation reference is issued. spider88 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical malfunction or human error — and will refund the original stake amount in such cases.
5.3 Maximum Winnings
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per product category on spider88. These limits are displayed within the relevant product section. spider88 reserves the right to void the portion of any winnings that exceed applicable maximum payout limits.
5.4 System Interruptions
In the event of a system interruption or communication failure during a live casino session or during an in-play betting event, spider88's server records shall be treated as the authoritative record of all bets placed and settled. Where a session is interrupted before completion, spider88 will apply the rules applicable to incomplete game rounds as described in the relevant product's rules documentation.
6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.
spider88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds, or other forms of bonus abuse — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on spider88 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of outstanding balances:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
- Operating multiple spider88 accounts;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or system;
- Collusion with other players in any game format;
- Attempting to manipulate sports events or live casino outcomes;
- Money laundering or using spider88 as a conduit for any illicit financial activity;
- Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name;
- Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any individual under 21 years of age;
- Any action that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the spider88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, databases, and user interface design — is the proprietary property of spider88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of spider88.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spider88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
spider88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your spider88 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
spider88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. spider88 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise service disruptions and to notify Members of scheduled maintenance in advance.
10. Responsible Gaming
spider88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly MYR deposit caps;
- Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when your gaming session reaches a specified duration;
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a self-defined period;
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all spider88 services.
Once a self-exclusion is activated, spider88 will apply all reasonable measures to prevent access to the Platform from the excluded account. spider88 reserves the right to close any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Member may be experiencing problem gambling behaviours, even in the absence of a formal self-exclusion request. 11. Account Suspension & Closure
spider88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, including where:
- A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
- KYC documentation cannot be verified to spider88's satisfaction;
- Fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct is detected or suspected;
- A self-exclusion or regulatory restriction is applicable;
- An account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) months.
Upon account closure, spider88 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) to the Member via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of AML and KYC verification requirements. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have balances forfeited without refund.
Members may close their spider88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding balance, which will be processed as a final withdrawal following verification.
12. Amendments to These Terms
spider88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, spider88 will provide notice via the Platform or by communication to the registered contact information on your account no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the relevant gaming authority under whose standards spider88 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved by direct engagement with spider88 customer support will be referred to the dispute resolution procedure established by the applicable gaming authority.
spider88 will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint or dispute raised by a Member within a reasonable timeframe. Members are encouraged to contact spider88 support as the first step in any dispute resolution process.
